State
Enterprise for survey Design and Construction Material
Laboratory (SESDCML) was established 1990, but initially
it was know Material Laboratory which was found in 1956.
It turned to be National Laboratory in 1965 and has carried
out its activities since then.
The Enterprise has staff with extensive experience and
professional knowledge to conduct the works in it field
of activities. He director, engineer of public works has
headed it, since the year 1967. |

SESDCML
is a state enterprise and it is an autonomous financial institute
and the Enterprise
has a business registration according to Lao Business Law. It is wall
know both
by local and international organizations for undertaking soil investigation
and topographical survey, Road, Bridge, Ferry Ramp, Airport, Building
design and Construction supervision.
It
has a large collaboration with governmental institutes specializing
in rod and bridge engineering and renders qualified services from
inception to completion. It can mobilize experience technicians and
instrumental resources from both government institutes and other state
enterprises when required. |
